MAMA is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria located in Barcelona, founded by Michele and Francesco, who bring their memories from Naples to the menu. Since 2016, they have been dedicated to crafting some of the best Neapolitan pizzas in the city.
The pizzeria emphasizes the use of high-quality, seasonal ingredients from the Campania region, with a focus on artisanal pizza-making techniques. Their dough is made from 100% Italian wheat flour and undergoes a minimum fermentation of 36 hours.
MAMA also offers the traditional Neapolitan street food experience with their “portafoglio” pizza, allowing customers to enjoy their meals on the go. Each pizza reflects the owners’ passion for their craft and the rich culinary heritage of Naples.
