Located on the 5th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Library, the cafeteria “Arisugawa Shokudo” offers a variety of Japanese and Western set meals, noodles, and curry. The spacious windows provide a stunning view of Tokyo Tower and the Roppongi skyline, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal.
