株式会社 だん家 has introduced new light meal and sweet menu items at their Akihabara location as of November 20, 2025. They also launched a sweet menu at the Sushi-ya Ginzō store in Mitsukyo on November 18, 2025.

On November 13, 2025, the Ōtemachi First Square branch of だん家 started offering breakfast options. Additionally, the Chūka Chūbō Dan-ya in Tama Center began serving sweet menu items on November 4, 2025.

The Akihabara location previously introduced breakfast on October 21, 2025, enhancing their menu offerings for customers.
