Giorgio Matera, born in the small fishing town of Monopoli in Puglia, Italy, has been passionate about food and hospitality since childhood. He began his culinary training at 14 and gained extensive experience in restaurants across Italy and renowned establishments in Europe.As the only Italian entrusted with a banquet attended by the Emperor of Japan during a visit from the Italian President, he has been recognized for his contributions to promoting Italian culture abroad.
He has also produced catering for many high-end brands.Despite challenges faced by Italian restaurants in Japan, Giorgio remains committed to sharing Italian culinary culture and promises to uphold a standard of quality and hospitality.
