Ginza Saisho Tokyo

Ginza Saisho is a sushi restaurant that originally opened in 2002 in Oimachi, Shinagawa, and has recently relocated back to Ginza after a temporary closure due to the pandemic. This year marks the restaurant’s 20th anniversary.

In a significant change, the restaurant has removed the word “sushi” from its name, reflecting a broader culinary approach beyond traditional sushi. The chef brings nearly 30 years of culinary experience to the dining experience.

The staff looks forward to welcoming guests and sharing their passion for food in this new chapter.
