Our absolute best-seller! A generous amount of onions simmered with pork belly in a vegetable-rich chicken broth for about six hours. After resting for half a day, it is finished with Nakaei’s original roux, and then allowed to rest for another day. Proud of its moderate spiciness and refreshing taste that you won’t tire of, enjoy it with finely shredded cabbage.
